UK signal not great at all!
Because I work on cruise ships, I’ve got 3’s pay as you go mobile broadband with no-charge roaming in a ton of countries. While it’s great to get onto foreign cell networks with lout roaming charges… I’ve found 3’s UK signal strength to be quite poor! But the fact that I’m usually on n BETTER foreign cell networks it’s not a big problem. But as far as UK service?
It pretty much sucks :(
Great customer satisfaction
It is sooo easy to open an account with this company! Great rates, lots of offers and they are not pushy. You take your own decisions and no body is breathing down tour neck for more. The App is user friendly and I haven’t had any issue so far. Keep it up!👍
Purposely Designed Corrupt Practices
Do not but an add-on, you will not be able to cancel it via the app or online ( even if you receive a confirmation saying it would be cancelled ).
You will be charged for it and the only way to cancel it is manually calling or go on live chat.
This is literally scamming customers by having the app interface reassuring them the add-on is cancelled and not actually cancelling it in the system.
DO NOT BUY AN ADD-ON! THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS CORRUPT AND SCAMMY TACTICS
