Constantly getting an issue logging in. Intermittent on the website but the app doesn’t like to let me login.
GiffGaff is perfect for me as an international student. SIM replacement is free which is great when I lose the SIM. Very fair prices for phone plans as well.
The app is pretty good, but the GiffGaff phone service is pretty useless. Works okay for phone calls, but won’t send texts and the data connection is spotty at best. A lot of features just don’t work.
Used all my data while traveling which is why I needed this. Wouldn’t let me purchase more data. Read on line that if I bought a new goody bag it would A
Displays all the information I need to know about my current data usage and minutes + texts left, and the Touch ID login feature is very handy. Allows me to top-up and buy goody bags in the app, which is extremely useful for me. Would 100% recommend this app and the giffgaff company 👍🏻
Visiting for a month from Canada. It was very easy to set up my phone for giffgaff. This app helps me to make the best use of a very good service. I recommend providing a link to the app on the activation email.
Ever since the most recent update, which has numerous improved features, it seems that the app requires you to log on every time I open it. Wish there was a way to have the app remember your username and password.
The billing side is horrendous I can never update my card and it always makes me re update every month instead of just rolling.
Giff gaff have a MAJOR glitch, if you buy a £25 (always on) it’s meant to slowdown after 80g is used, but instead the data just STOPS working between 8am - 12pm Imagine as Christmas is approaching.. and I rely on my internet that I paid for..and don’t get any notifications to let you know.. I’ve even bought another package a few times believing the data had run out.. Imagine how many ppl this happening to Disgusting behaviour!! I might start a petition.
