Terrible company
There is no customer support at all and no way to reach them even if they claim to have “live chat”. Emails are ignored too while the company merrily keeps charging you for services that they don’t even provide. Their incompetence borders on the level of fraud. Best stay away.

I travel frequently, so the temporary sims are perfect. Never in my life has so many things had errors, issues or simply "something went wrong!" pop up along the way.
Can't even register an account without the app saying something is wrong -- even though all of the validation requirements were met.

Added 20 euros to my plan and it got me 100mb.. absolutely disgraceful
LEBARA ONLY GIVES ME PROBLEMS!!
Never in all my international travel I had so much issues with my cell phone usage as I do since I got Lebara SIM card!!! To buy more data etc before the 28 days expires on internet in a waste! No one will help you!!! Most people simply go to stores to buy more!!! And more!!! I have the app that tells me one thing, but REALITY is opposite!!! Ex: I had 10€ that I lost in 2 days buying next month package! App said it expires: August 27. Expires with the OLD (previous purchase on July 3rd). Now the App tells me I have 199 minutes to make National calls, but I tried to call the Ferry (very important) and get auto response that I have no funds to call or send messages. The App is showing I have 5.75GB plus 199 min plus 700 min Lebara to Lebara!!! No one can explain the frustration!!!! I paid 10 Euro again on August 1st!!! Useless!!!! Now I paid again 5€. In total I paid 25€ in 30 days!!!! And in total I used less then 4GB! Original purchase was for 7GB. No Spaniard can figure out why !!!! No store cares to help!!! And I need a phone that works
