Tüm mallar sürekli teslim edilmiyor, para iade edilmiyor. sebze ve meyveler bozuk olarak getiriliyor. kimse anlamaz Not all goods are constantly delivered, money is not returned. vegetables and fruits are brought spoiled. no one understands постоянно доставляются не все товары, деньги не возвращают. овощи и фрукты приносят порченные. никто не разбирается
The order was not delivered and the money was not refunded
My order was not delivered by mistake by the restaurant, but the status was "delivered" and I did not receive my money back. This is crazy. The support just ignores me and does not help in any way with the refund. I just lost my money and 2 hours of time. Plus, they said that the order was on the way for 2 hours! Although the travel time between the restaurant and my house is 10 minutes. It's just a scam, not a delivery.

Но за не имением конкурентов в турции приходится пользоваться. Не фоток. Не переводов блюд на английский. Всё лагает. Не так давно добавили возможность курьеров в очередь ставить на еде и на том спасибо. До этого было просто «извините нет свободных курьеров закажите как-нибудь в другой раз»
No order delivery.
Several times now I have not received my order for various reasons. No one calls me, writes me or notifies me about the cancellation of the order. I'm unhappy with the service.
