Where is my orders?
Where is my food and coffee? Why are you switch to on stupid mode? Why support don’t ask me? WHERE IS MY ORDERS?
Worst delivery app ever
This is the worst delivery app I have ever used. Why do I have to click on the order button 10 times? What is the problem with putting the order in a queue and sending a notification when the delivery person takes it to work.
Very bad couriers and support team
4/10 orders couriers don’t know where is the address, and starting to call you, of course speaking only Turkish, but it’s pretty easy when the delivery person has whatsapp, so i can just send the coordinates there, but some of them just don’t, and the delivery becomes impossible. If you paid online, u can say goodbye to your money in that case. The support team speaks only Turkish of course, and they don’t even wait 2 minutes for you to translate what you are trying to say to them to turkish. Horrible customer service, truly disappointed. Glad there are different delivery services here in Antalya.
İptal etmediler.
Siparişi yanlış konuma verdim ve verdikten 5 sn ye sonra fark ettim. İptal etmek için 1 saat ugrastım. Restoranla görüşmemiz lazım dediler. Restoranda telefonu açmadı olan tüketiciye oldu rezil bir uygulamasınız. Ve siparişimi başkası yedi ben ücretini ödedim. Uygulama 5 yıldır telefonumdaydı hesabımı sildim kaldırdım. Böyle saçma bir yemek sipariş uygulamasıyla ile karşılaşmadım hiç. Rezilsiniz

Kapımı çalmadan sokağıma girmeden geldik yoktunuz diye sms atıp paramıza çöküyorlar hırsızlıktan başka birşey değil bu bu uygulama tamamen berbat ve rezil bir uygulama paranıza yazık sakın aldanıp sipariş vermeyin

1:30 saat boyunca restorana kurye atamadılar, yemeğim orda kaldı ve para iadesi, siparişi için beklettiler. 2:30 saat aç kaldım ve paramı ertesi gün iade ettiler tam bir rezillik. İndirmeyin indirtmeyin bulaşmayın hiç bu saçma firmaya senelerdir kullanıyordum iyiydi bir anda mahvoldular.
