My first order got cancelled by the restaurant. I texted the order support in order to inform myself about the refunding process. They had no clue and told me that their system is down. No refund yet and they told me to check with my bank (how convenient). It’s a scam so don’t use.
Fake promotions and disappearing ordered. Scam.
I was referred by a friend. Registered and got in, I have 2 promotions in my account. One was $30, another was $25. Made a grocery order using the $30 promotion and paid $1.15 out of pocket. I waited for more than an hour, my Order was not delivered. I contacted live support, Loretta suggested refund or redelivery. I chose redelivery as I want my groceries to be delivered. She placed a redelivery request for my order. I waited for another half an hour, still no delivery. During that time, I checked my account and discovered the $25 promotion disappeared. I contacted live support again, Paul apologised and said another redelivery request was put into the system again. I asked him to check the previous redelivery request, he said due to privacy reasons he cannot tell me whether the previous order was put through. 🤷♀️ This was my order, thus this is my privacy. Without me responding, he left the chat in a blunt, a new customer support person came into the chat room, speaking Spanish. No surprise, the second redelivery order also never came. I called the hotline, spoke to Beth, she said the orders will never be delivered due to warehouse technical issues, only refund can be done. Guess what, the refund was for $1.15, and she is not sure when it will come back to my bank account. So. I will not recommended Getir to anyone.
Speedy delivery but few choices of food
I hope there will be more food choices in Paris . The delivery speed is good!

Siparişi yanlış konuma verdim ve verdikten 5 sn ye sonra fark ettim. İptal etmek için 1 saat ugrastım. Restoranla görüşmemiz lazım dediler. Restoranda telefonu açmadı olan tüketiciye oldu rezil bir uygulamasınız. Ve siparişimi başkası yedi ben ücretini ödedim. Uygulama 5 yıldır telefonumdaydı hesabımı sildim kaldırdım. Böyle saçma bir yemek sipariş uygulamasıyla ile karşılaşmadım hiç. Rezilsiniz

Kapımı çalmadan sokağıma girmeden geldik yoktunuz diye sms atıp paramıza çöküyorlar hırsızlıktan başka birşey değil bu bu uygulama tamamen berbat ve rezil bir uygulama paranıza yazık sakın aldanıp sipariş vermeyin

1:30 saat boyunca restorana kurye atamadılar, yemeğim orda kaldı ve para iadesi, siparişi için beklettiler. 2:30 saat aç kaldım ve paramı ertesi gün iade ettiler tam bir rezillik. İndirmeyin indirtmeyin bulaşmayın hiç bu saçma firmaya senelerdir kullanıyordum iyiydi bir anda mahvoldular.
