im on my period and just want snacks every time i put something in the search bar it says it doesn’t exist??!?! tried putting random things like “milk” or “bread” bcoz those are the suggested searches and it still says those don’t exist??? am just hungry man smh

The app just make scam every one I order food to my flat and after 2 hour they said that they tried contact you but no response so they cancelled the order they should have to drop my food in reception and also i wait there same time nobody came it’s just faking and scam

If your English I suggest you don’t use getir. Racist company they just fob you off, tell you your order is here and it’s not. Refuse refunds and are just simply rude. First time I have been to Istanbul and will definitely be my last it’s an absolute dump full of rude people.
DO NOT USE IN TURKEY. SCAM
I ordered food it got cancelled. I then ordered again, waited over 1 hour food said it arrived but it didn’t. I showed them pictures of me waiting at the entrance of the hotel. No food arrived. I spoke to customer service they said I will be refunded. After 24 hours I was charged I spoke to them again and said food arrived and cancelled we cannot refund you. Do not use this app o in Turkey, drivers will scam you not bring your food and you will be charged. Use the other app Yemek instead it’s much better. Shame of you.
