Terrible service! The driver canceled the order and did not arrive! The money was not refunded!

I recently had an appalling experience with the GetTransfer app. After accidentally selecting incorrect start and end points for my trip, I was immediately charged upon choosing a vehicle, with payment only possible via card. In a frantic effort to resolve the issue, I discovered that cancellations could only be processed through customer support. However, my urgent pleas for help were met with a sluggish and uncaring response. By the time support addressed my issue, the driver had already arrived at the wrong location, and I was charged for the service. To add insult to injury, I was informed that no refunds are given once the order is paid. It's clear that the support team is indifferent to their customers' predicaments and unwilling to delve into the situation with any semblance of empathy or understanding. This experience has left me feeling utterly disregarded and cheated. Future users, be warned: a simple mistake can lead to an unjust financial loss with a support team that seems to care very little about your situation!

Zero Accountability, Poor Service – A Cautionary Tale

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this service, where I ended up losing 100 euros without breaking any rules. I booked a transfer, but the driver was a no-show. Contacting the driver led me to the support team, who advised me to use a local taxi. Despite following their direction, I was unjustly charged for the service that never occurred. What's worse is the company's refusal to acknowledge their mistake or offer any reasonable resolution, unfairly placing the burden on the customer. The support was not only unhelpful but also painfully slow, taking an entire month to respond. This incident highlights a severe lack of reliability in their service, which seems to vary widely based on the driver. However, more concerning is the company's outright refusal to take accountability for their services and rectify evident errors. I booked transfer in Barcelona. On arrival I realized that it was important for me that the driver started the trip 40 minutes earlier. To be honest, I was ready to get a response, but they promptly replied and informed me that another driver would be able to pick up my things and the car was even higher level Such a prompt response is very nice!

No payment

They won't make their payments, and they haven't made my payments that I've been waiting for months. They always give future dates but never pay. File a lawsuit.

I paid 43 dollars for transfer , driver didnt come to transfer, when I called he was swearing me terrible company and personals.

If you mistakenly choose non-refundable payment and the trip does not take place, you will never get a refund and the customer service will be aggressive and unhelpful. And yes, ux is really terrible
