When you have questions and problems, you can only write by email. I wrote in the morning and am still waiting for an answer. I would like to receive immediate support. Last year there was a WhatsApp number and they answered immediately. There is currently no support in the application.
Bad service. The driver didn’t arrive, and they only refund the funds inside the app, no refunds to my card. Yeah I accepted the rules blah blah. But the service os terrible.
This is not a “transfer” just individual drivers. They offer you a Mercedes then send you a Kia with burned seats. Horrible experience.

Our plane arrived earlier but the driver was already there. He was very professional!
We’re in Barcelona in the middle of September. And we need transfer to the airport to fly home. I booked a transfer to our apartments. The car was served in time, the driver is a nice young man. We were delivered safely and on time. Thank you.
