Don't use this service! They didn’t paying to drivers, and don’t refund your money if you cancel transfer! DONT USES!

Scam service that takes your money, cancels a ride at last moment and doesn’t want to refund

Case GetTransfer.com 13176442 SCAM. Do not use this service. Driver has cancelled the ride after money has been paid. They refuse to refund the money , saying that I have accepted terms of use. Yep, their T&C says that driver can cancel the ride and you will not get your money back, it just will be moved to your deposit account and you can use in the future. Who will go use their service after the money has been stolen??

I missed my ride because of your policy

You should change the one hour waiting policy because planes usually delays for more than one hour you should extend it to two hours at least

Terrible service!! I booked days before my flight from New York at 10:30 to JFK airport for a family of 8 and I received confirmation that I paid. On the same day of the trip, I checked an hour before and it says that they are still picking us up at the time we arranged. We are standing outside the hotel waiting for the driver. I check the reservation and see that they canceled the reservation and after a few minutes they sent me an email that they couldn't find a driver. Why didn't they announce this an hour before they could have called !!! Not using your service anymore

App works well. The problem is that the company doesn't take responsibility for drivers issues. For example my driver didn’t showed up and no ones was trying to help me get my money back. The same lame answers over and over. Disgusting treatment! Do your self a favour and find other app

Ехали из Кракова в Закопане. Водитель приятный, пунктуальный, водит уверенно. Машина чистейшая, были предоставлены детские автокресла. Рекомендую.
