GIRA. Bicicletas de Lisboa é uma nova alternativa de mobilidade da cidade.
Esta é a App para a utilização do serviço de bicicletas partilhadas de Lisboa.
Como funciona?
Usa a App para encontrar a estação mais próxima de ti e escolheres uma bicicleta.
A App é georreferenciada e baseada num mapa que identifica as estações onde podes iniciar ou terminar a viagem.
Quando chegas à estação, a App sugere a bicicleta ideal para a tua viagem.
Pedala à vontade. Aqui, ali e acolá.
Principais funcionalidades da App:
Registo do utilizador.
Informação sobre a localização das estações e disponibilidade de bicicletas.
Desbloqueio da bicicleta.
Avaliação da experiência da viagem.
E muito mais...
Nota importante:
Se já tens conta ePark entra na App “GIRA. Bicicletas de Lisboa” com o mesmo login que o da App ePark. A conta de utilizador e a carteira são partilhadas entre os serviços GIRA e ePark.

Unstable and complicated
The app just doesn’t work well. It freezes all the time and we had a lot of trouble getting bikes out of the station and return them (it wouldn’t unlock several times and then you need to call because the app says you have an active session so you can’t get another bike). Also sometimes it didn’t immediately recognize that we returned bikes. The registration process is very long and complicated. Please do make it easier and implement something like instant booking of day passes via Apple Pay. We rent bikes though systems like that a lot while traveling and this was by far the worst and most complicated one we ever used.

Die App läuft gar nicht gut, hatte nur Probleme beim Registrieren und auch bei der allgemeinen Anwendung. Immer wieder abgestürzte, falsche Infos angezeigt….
Die Fahrräder sind allerdings i.O. Stationen findet man genug und sind auch gut verteilt.
EU konform?
Man bekommt nicht alle Optionen der Subscription (notwendig für das Anmieten) in der App angeboten: So wird mir nur die 2-Euro Tagesmiete angeboten -> Bei dieser Option werde zusätzliche 300 Euro an Kaution erhoben und für 5 Tage einbehalten….FÜR JEDE NEUE TAGESMIETE. Wenn man also 2 Wochen in Lissabon ist, summiert sich einiges zusammen: Bei mir sind jetzt 1.208€ auf der Kreditkarte verbucht für 4 Tage Nutzung!👎 Bin mal gespannt, wann ich mein Geld zurück erhalte…
Ansonsten - wenn man es schafft sich zu Registrieren - sind die Bikes an sich meistens ok und ein tolles Mittel die Stadt zu erkunden! Aber: Man kann die Räder (nur als Tagestourist?) nicht zwischendurch abschließen. Also „mal kurz“ stoppen und in ein Geschäft geht nicht wirklich 👎👎
Tipp: Die E-Bikes mit dem oberen Button auf Stufe 3 stellen

Have experienced all the problems which got reported in the previous reviews. Can’t register as always message appears “account already exists”
Crap useless frustrating
Completely crap endless typing to create account, usability below cero, tried to pick up bicycle got endless error msg stating there was already a session in progress but the transaction site said „non“ phone call to reset in pt only no agent available either, complain trial using app desaster captcha denied several times no direct mail contact to find , once again and final CRAP
Does not work
Stürzt permanent ab - oder man kann es gar nicht einrichten die Mail Adresse wird nicht akzeptiert.
Zudem muss man eine TIN Nummer eingeben was man als Tourist gar nicht besitzen kann.
1 Stern zu viel.

This App is really bad. It is unstable. It allows to top up balance but if you like to pay with this balance you cannot use it.
It tells minimum top up is 5€ but in real is 10€.
If you are foreigner you cannot book the cheaper monthly or yearly tickets.
It is a shame that there is officially discrimination.
