I spent 45 minutes trying to hire a bicycle with this app. I had to create two different accounts enter two different credit cards and it still did not work. I called their support and they were not able to help I have hired bicycles in the whole world on this type of apps and this is by far the worst one ever

Who developed this? You should not support child labor, you should hire real developers. The app has one purpose, and it fails in a almost magnificent way. Nothing works. This got money from the European Union, if I were the European Union, I would ask that money back. Shameful. Buuh.

En tant que visiteur étranger cette application est totalement inutile et inutilisable. Pas qu’au niveau de la seule langue disponible mais également car il faut un numéro de « sécurité sociale » portugais que n’ont évidemment pas les visiteurs… 👎👎👎

Tried at least 20 times to register. Apparently I already exist but when trying to recover password credentials not found. Tried re-registering with totally different details but again I already exist. No customer support to contact / rectify. total waste of half an hour and it’s rubbish schemes like this that give bike sharing services a bad reputation and doesn’t help anyone. Go to a local bike shop and hire a bike there instead.

After 50 tries to log in and a successful entry after 40 mins I paid 8€ for a bike which I then couldn’t access. Wouldn’t recommend!

Alle Loginversuche sind gescheitert. Es steht auch nicht, was bei VAT eingegeben werden soll. Dies ist ja eigentlich die MWSt (?!)

Impossible de créer un compte en saisissant le nom du pays. C’est nul !

Very nice idea with the bikes, but it fails at the registration. As a tourist, i dont have a VAT number. I never saw a peron using the bikes, now i know why.
