Topped up 10€ and couldn’t use it to pay for a subscription, had to pay for that AGAIN Asked for 300€(????) deposit for a poor quality shared bike. Terrible option for tourists, use Lime instead

We tried several times to sign in on the app. Errors all over. Nothing said what was wrong. After reading a forum we find out what to do. Then the device charges 300 euros on your creditcard and holds it after bike ridden for 5(!) days. The electric bikes (we tried several) did not work or where not available. The idea is fabulous but the roll out of the project is crap. If they fix it, it will be amazing.

Waardeloos systeem. Fietsen werken niet, er wordt €300 ingehouden als borg op je creditcard voor elke fiets. Ik kan de lime app of iets dergelijks aanraden. Die werken perfect.

As a tourist making use of a Shared bike service is perfect. Unfortunately the app doesn’t work at all. Tried to create an account but got an Error the user already exists but when trying to recover the password i get an Error the account is not known. Tried on several devices with different e-mail adressen but all returned these errors. Dont even Bother to try it Out yourself if you don’t want to get frustrated :)

Please don’t download this app it isnt working on most of the mobile devices.

Made by amateurs. Unbelievable that this app is allowed to be installed. Doesn't work in any way. Bad!!

1. Download the app 2. Create account 3. Get a daily subscription 4. Enjoy cycling! Do not top up credit to the account! I have seen many tourists sitting around that have loaded €10 to the account but we could not figure out how to use it. If you immediately go for a €2 daily subscription you can pay and go without any problems!

Money doesn’t load, you can’t change your data if you made a mistake but you have to call a helpdesk and wait multiple days for them to change it. Helpdesk is grumpy.

App keeps crashing, took money from my account. Even after 20 mins of trying, I could not get a bike.

Same problem as Matz, The application mentions the e-mail address is already registered, it is possible that I already have an ePark account. When I try to recover my password it says that my e-mail is not registered. “Error:value cannot be null. Parameter name: key”.
