Первый раз оставляю отзыв приложению. Ужасный сервис. Не пользуйтесь если хотите быть уверены что вам привезут заказ. Мне не доставили мой заказ. Я заказывал поздно. Пока я ждал заказ и решения проблемы рестораны закрылись. Мне не предоставили компенсации вообще. Причина? Меня уже один раз облапошили с заказом и предоставили компенсацию. Оказывается если компания Голово ошибается второй раз, то во второй раз это ваша вина и компенсация не предусматривается. Я подписался на их премиум сервис. Оказывается ответственности компания за свои ошибки не несет. Повторюсь если вы хотите быть уверены что вас доставят заказ, не заказывайте в Golovo. Спасибо

Continuate a tentare addebiti ogni due giorni. Questo è molestia. Fermatevi subito!! 🇬🇧I cancelled my Plus account three months ago. I sent you more than five emails, made it clear I don’t live in Italy, and demanded you stop. You still try to charge me every two days. This is harassment. Stop immediately!

I placed an order and the order never came ,and since then I have been chatting them to get a refund but they keep telling me stories

First they have cancelled my order and than when I made a new order I have specifically mentioned that I will need change as I will be paying in cash When the courier arrived he stated that he doesn’t have any change and made me run around the entire neighborhood begging people for change while I was really sick and was barely standing on my feet and that’s exactly why I specifically ordered a delivery as I cannot walk The courier was extremely disrespectful to me, talking in a rude tone and not trying to solve the issue I will never be ordering from this app anymore and I do not recommend you to do it also unless you want to be treated as in a rude manner

I ordered food from MCdonald’s from Glovo food service and wrote to courier (Irakli) meet me next to reception. When i had been getting down to meet courier at reception i met someone with the same food set and he wasn’t a courier. He was going straight from the doors of Orbi Hotel to lifts. I didn’t expect then that it was MY set. I was kept waiting for courier, and then seen that order was delivered, though he didn’t gave order to me. Then i understood that stranger from hotel stole my order. Glovo food service just said that they’re sorry but they DID NOTHING. They didn’t return my money Think twice before use this app with such support service

First, the app itself. Why there is no easy access to support chat? Why the chat is resetting itself each time I go to any other app, to check emails from Glovo, for example 🤡 And there is no chat history whatsoever. I have ordered from this app twice this week in Sofia. And both times it was a disaster. First time they just didn’t bring the half of the order or the courier didn’t give it to us. We couldn’t contact him anyway, because the app doesn’t allow you to after the delivery is finished. When we contacted support, they suggested to bring us the missing part. And they did, but still not really what we ordered, but close enough. Okay. Second time the restaurant sent me just the wrong dish. And the support was awful. They sent me several template emails saying basically the same thing “we can’t refund you order, sorry for inconvenience, we’ll try to be better in the future”. What the hell? I don’t need you in the future. We have much better apps, thanks. Anyways, I sent them the photo in this ridiculous chat of the wrong order, where it was clear that it’s not what I ordered. And they couldn’t explain why this case will not be refunded. Worst service I ever tried, and I use deliveries a lot.

Worst delivery platform ever. Slow drivers and sometimes not even come. Agents support are mostly rude and unprofessional. Try to avoid this platform. Drivers are independent thats why its untrusted. They close telephones and almost never deliver order. I waited 3.5 hours for 2 big macs which at the end never came and i was refunded my money and got compensated 2 euro. 🤣🤣avoid at all cost better go take by yourseld

Dupa data de 1 decembrie au existat numai probleme cu livrarile, ba se aduc alte produse, ba nu se mai aduc deloc, ba se intarzie foarte mult…..
