привезли їжу поганої якості, їжа пахла не зрозуміло чим, була холодна і вся в маслі та жирі, ще й не доклали позиції, написав на підтримку, допомогти ні чим не змогли, гроші заплатив, залишився голодним, нікому не раджу тут замовляти їжу.
Charged money twice and refused to give a refund
6 days ago I ordered food from one of supermarkets on Glovo. First, the right amount of money was taken. However, several days ago they took the money for the second time. When I contacted their customer support via app - they told me that their system shows the money were taken once thus they refused to give a refund even though I attached the necessary screenshots showing that the money were taken twice. So here I am, with my bank account minus 100€ instead of 50€. If I don’t get this issue resolved - I’m afraid I’d need to write an official pre court complaint

Отвратительный сервис и никакого контроля качества еды!
Постоянно доставляют холодную еду и в ужасном состоянии, например: В Испании +31, заказал в макдональдсе бургер, фри, мороженое и чай холодный. От времени приготовления до доставки на дом (800м расстояние) прошла 41 минута. Мороженое превратилось в лужу, картошка и бургер холодные и вдобавок картошку будто доставщик съел половину. Когда обращаешься в техподдержку, получаешь стандартный ответ: извините за недоразумение, но мы ничем не можем помочь. И им совершенно пофиг на то, что ты предоставляешь все доказательства этой помойки в пакете. Максимум - 2€ купон дадут. Удаляю это приложение и никому не посоветую из знакомых и друзей.
Worst customer support ever
Closing tickets, long delays, sometimes the app lags, for my friend it doesn’t even work. Use any other service besides this one.

Great. But drivers are not good with directions
Always order through the app and all great. But driver always doesnt know where to go. They be on the place but dont know the number or anything like they dont read building numbers or such. I always double check my address the app even put pin where the entrance of the building is but rider seems to not be reading. It sucks sometimes

Es la segunda vez que pido comida y hacen la misma jugada de que llega pero ni tocan el timbre ni nada , Abro una encuesta para ver que a pasado pero me meten excusas no me solucionan nada de nada es una pena.
