Wrong order_Spain, Alicante
I recently ordered from Taco Bell through the Glovo app, hoping for a quick meal since I was extremely hungry. I spent 60 euros on six items. The delivery arrived with the correct receipt on the bag, listing everything I ordered. However, when I got home, I discovered that the order was completely wrong – there were only 2-3 items worth about 10-15 euros. As a result, I was left hungry and disappointed. I contacted customer support, and they acknowledged my complaint but said it would take 2-3 days to investigate. There was no contact information for the courier. I tried calling the Taco Bell restaurant directly, but no one answered, and one time they even hung up on me. The service has been terrible!
Stole my money
130 worth of groceries, only half arrived. Order marked as complete, no way to speak to anyone. Now I should wait ‘3 days’ for a reply and deal with this hassle. Avoid.
Incorrect information and
My order was cancelled and despite this I was charged for anything. I did not receive service and this company just took my money. So i do not recommend them at all.
This low quality application, motivated me to start cooking more
The app is constantly crashing, sometimes it takes the money, crashes and then you have to wait for a while to get it back, really wouldn’t recommend this.
Refuses to accept payments from non-Georgian cards
Tried cards from two countries - didn't work.

Great idea but terrible app. It is useless for a tourist, food descriptipn does not translates itself, you can not add your number from other countries and etc. Disappointed.

I was super disapointed by, costumer service by deliver by food. Everything was late, all the times we order food, after 5 times i deleted this app. Best wishes from dungeon.
Almost great
It would be even better that all of dishes on all menu had pictures and option for English description of food. As a tourist it is really hard to order something when you don't understand what is written. But still, I think this app is good.
