Didn’t accept Indonesian debit card
I tried to connect 4 indonesian debit card (visa and mastercard) all failed. That card is working in other platform so I hope glovo morocco give an upgrade or give another payment option like paypal.

Здравствуйте! У Glovo нет обратной связи , чтобы писать нетиповые жалобы. Моего дома нет в адресах и на карте Glovo, хотя в 2 гис он уже давно существует. Адрес Джал-15, 1 и все прочие дроби 1/1 до 1/10 . Это новый микрорайон. Все курьеры путаюстся и не приезжают на адрес , потому что точку невозможно поставить

Used the app during my travel & my first time trying the app, my order hasn’t arrived even after 1.5 hours. To make things worse, when I contacted the live chat, NOBODY replied. Why even bother making a delivery app?

It will rip your money off
I canceled my order because it took way too long since the glover was completing the last order. So i canceled it, i dint read the policy entirely since i thought the only cost that i would pay was delivery cost, as the glover still completing the last order, in fact i costed me the entire grocery that i shopped. Thats not fair!! You should review this policy!
Great. But drivers are not good with directions
Always order through the app and all great. But driver always doesnt know where to go. They be on the place but dont know the number or anything like they dont read building numbers or such. I always double check my address the app even put pin where the entrance of the building is but rider seems to not be reading. It sucks sometimes
