I order for pizza from dominoes I didn’t get a call when they were coming and also if that was not necessary it’s okay and when they got to the destination no call they didn’t call me and it shows they have delivered the food to someone which is someone else hope everthing is all right this app is getting out of hands right now or is it now scamming app or what
So I ordered on Glovo some burgers from burger place and the dispatch rider called me and said he couldn’t bring it to my house after giving them a full info of my address. They canceled the order and never refunded me … what kind of company runs a delivery service and doesn’t have a customer service number to call . You can only chat with bot and all it says it will resolve the issue in 2-3 days but it never will . I have deleted my account so you can do the same if you don’t want to get rubbed

Today my delivery didn’t arrive so I informed customer service. The answer was that the courier sent my package to another customer mistakenly and the solution they offered was either a refund of money or reordering the items. I understand what the human factor is and not asking for the courier to take responsibility or any other punishment, that guy may be working 24 hours a day to feed his family and simply make a mistake because of being exhausted and I understand that. The issue is not about the courier, it is about the customer service a company provides to angry customers to calm down and even to make them return to that service even after such incidents (in case of being such a professional in providing customer service). Both variants I received are not solutions for an angry customer because a refund is not a solution or a favor, it is mandatory in case of not receiving something you paid for and reordering (waiting two times longer hoping to get the same items) sounds like a bad idea for a hungry and confused customer! Moreover, I received more annoying answers like refunding the funds to my Glovo wallet to avoid waiting for money on the original payment method for 5-10 working days (which is not correct information especially when you know how refund and payment systems work worldwide) After rejecting all these offers and suggestions of having a call to solve the issue and continuing to complain, informing them that I’ll not use Glovo again and asked to forward my message to the management because my complaint is not to the staff working there because the solutions they are offering are not their decisions but the company policy and that they have a lot of room to grow in providing a customer service I received the refund to my credit card literally in a second even though it may take 5-10 working days as I was told) and my message window was closed despite the fact that I didn’t finish the conversation and the automatic response message appeared saying how important my feedback is and that they are working on improving their services, etc, and opening a 1-5 star rate window to submit. This is really sad, Glovo!
Restaurants that are closed STILL show up as available. Please implement working hours such as restaurants indicate when they are closed and do not display them as available. I end up ordering from a closed restaurant!!!
Use ubereats in the US. Apparently banned in Italy for which I’m guessing is political reasons. Ordered food from a hotel in Rome Italy. Food never showed. If couriers are not available don’t push the fact that they are. I would look for something to eat elsewhere. Waste of my time more than anything. I wait for the food and don’t receive that’s a bad thing.
I placed an order through Glovo at Boss Kebab & Burger for 10 hot dogs. I received a call from the restaurant saying they were out of buns and asked me to cancel the order. I canceled the order with them and placed it elsewhere. Glovo took the money from the order and said it was a penalty for canceling it. If you provide my information to restaurants and these restaurants contact me directly and tell me what to do with my order, then you, Glovo, are responsible for the actions of the restaurant that speaks on your behalf.
