Upgrade to Black Card not reflecting

App doesn’t show actual points earned and the upgrade status to a black card.

Very reliable 👍🏻

I love this App. The inter-operability with other Gokongwei Group apps makes it easy for us users.

Couldn’t log in

I got signed out just when I was going to used it at the supermarket. The app kept saying I was offline even if I could browse on my phone. I couldn’t sign in with the OTP as the app kept saying I was offline.

Offline daw ako kahit may working internet data naman ako.

Unable to use

I tried to link my card but the loading takes forever. I tried to create an account instead but I got the same result.

I love it!

Says I’m offline

After updating the app, it keeps saying that I’m offline and redirects me to QR code generator.

Cannot log in

It shows errors while logging in and does not continue though inputted correct pin, errors show passcode expired where in fact just set it up after 1 minute. Dow not go through logging in.😌 I just wanted to input my go rewards in Cebu pacific self service check in online 🥺
