If you could get just one sensible answer from customer services it would be great. Long standing trail of “E” Mails but not one sensible answer, is Customer Services a computer that just acknowledges questions?

won’t give it any stars if I can…I could log in to my account on the laptop but not on the mobile app-it only prompts an error re account not found

You have to keep logging back into the app every few days. It doesn't support Face/TouchID so you have to log in manually with a password. It's so annoying to have to keep doing that at the store checkout while people queuing behind you have to wait. Also, many checkout scanners have problems reading the QR code and you need to increase the screen brightness to get it to work.

I love this App. The inter-operability with other Gokongwei Group apps makes it easy for us users.

I got signed out just when I was going to used it at the supermarket. The app kept saying I was offline even if I could browse on my phone. I couldn’t sign in with the OTP as the app kept saying I was offline.

Offline daw ako kahit may working internet data naman ako.

I tried to link my card but the loading takes forever. I tried to create an account instead but I got the same result.
