1. I cannot log in. I can't log in with App using the same email account as Cebu Pacific. Do I have to create an account with Apple or Google account? 2.I can't enter (or change) my address on the Go rewords web site. Cannot register outside the Philippines. >>> To log in with the App, you must add a 0 to the beginning of your registered mobile number instead of your country code. I could not change my address on the website, but I could do so by logging in on the App. (The zip code can only be entered up to 4 digits for the Philippines)

Can't login through app! Useless!

This app is useless. Because I can't even log in. And the support center is not working. I can log in through my browser, but this app won't let me log in forever. I've emailed them and they just tell me to reset my password, which doesn't help. When I reply to them about it, I never get a reply from them.

What’s the purpose of this app if you can’t log in?

The updates have made the interface user-friendly. I can easily keep track of the points earned and appreciate that I get update son deals in Go Rewards. Booking a reward flight is easier now, I observed. And placing an order in partner merchants is also a breeze. Keep up the good work!

Can't use the Go Rewards offline as the warning "Unable to Connect" blocks the QR code and therefore cannot use it whenever I shop. Please fix your interface.

Rurok ng katangahan. Yung developer nito, pls lang, umuwi na at magbigte. Hindi pinag isipan ang deployment. Tinest ba ito?
