The OTP was not received to my registered mobile number abroad. In the past you can login via email but now only in mobile number, but if the registered mobile number is from other country there is no way you can receive the OTP. I have been trying many times but no luck. There should be another way to login aside from the mobile number.

I can’t log in and can’t change the password! Stupid company and app.

App doesn’t show actual points earned and the upgrade status to a black card.

I love this App. The inter-operability with other Gokongwei Group apps makes it easy for us users.

I got signed out just when I was going to used it at the supermarket. The app kept saying I was offline even if I could browse on my phone. I couldn’t sign in with the OTP as the app kept saying I was offline.

Offline daw ako kahit may working internet data naman ako.

I tried to link my card but the loading takes forever. I tried to create an account instead but I got the same result.
