They are all thieves. Don't ever download this app. They have emptied my wallet. Everyone in Goa knows that this app is a fraud. Don't get fooled by the advertisement. The driver accepts your trip, then hide in a place near you and keep rejecting your phone calls until you left and then the app charges you for cancelling the trip. They are all thieves and liers. After all of this i still had 450 rupee's in my account and now i have 8 trips that i didn't even confirm on the app and they emptied my wallet for cancelling those. Don't ever download this app. You the taxies in the streets.

No credit card payment from airport to city, only Paytm or cash.

The app crashes all the time. Everytime there is a cancellation the passenger gets charged even when the driver cancels. Cannot call driver or call centre from the in built app call icon. This must be correct as it causes too many issues when trying to connect with drivers. Call centre inbound calls hardly go through. Please update this app as it’s good for tourists so will be beneficial once able to be used with full capacity.

Don’t waste your time and money. After putting in credit the cars will not be available. No tech like Uber. Some lame booking platform. Avoid it like the plague. Again, if you need to travel in Goa good luck, this place has the world’s worst cab system. Go to Thailand or Bali and enjoy a holiday.

Not happy that the first booking the driver cancelled on us. That was pretty poor form We had to reach our destination at 7.30 pm Thanks to the second ride we got there but only at 9.00 pm. That’s pretty unreliable However the second driver Mahmood was very good and took us to our destination with no fuss

This app was terrible, so many times there were never any drivers - when there was drivers available it was only one driver and not even close to you. Also to try book a ride you are forced to put money on to your account before you can try book even though you select the option to pay cash - and then once we did this and tried to book a ride there were no drivers! We tried multiple times and still no drivers - now there is money stuck on my account that I can not use.
