The cab driver don't want to co-operate for anything. Did not even help to keep in and out the luggage. The behaviour was also very rude.

Very effective app for goa

1. Map is buggy - finding destination and source location is such a pain. For example: The Panjim bus stand shows somewhere in the ocean. 2. After 5 months, you cannot retrieve your wallet amount back to your bank. I fail to understand the reason for such aggressive policy. This is seriously unethical from GoaMiles team. 3. The driver after keeping us waiting for 15 minutes told us to cancel (nothing wrong here from goamiles’ front); but we were charged INR 100 later on which is totally unfair and there’s no provision to complain about it or get a refund. This is another unethical practice that goa miles enforces on its users. 4. After having booked the ride, the driver location doesn’t update smoothly/not at all, lead us to speculate where he is. This is especially an issue when we need to get somewhere urgently and we can’t perceive if the driver is making any progress.

My 1285 rs got deducted and didn’t get refund

Absolutely terrible. Car conditions will be awful, you’ll be charged over 3x the price that’s fair. Additionally, driver will behave as if he’s the one paying you - will stop wherever and whenever he wants, talk to you horribly as well. If Goa as a state has one con it’s the taxi services and especially Goamiles. A nightmare.
