Cheaper than local taxis but only worked 2/8 times we tried. Often connects to a driver and then the time increase and no driver arrives. I believe of you have a local sim they try to call and it works better, but for me terrible!

The app don’t work taxi get sent to wrong destination everytime and have to wait forever for them to turn up or ring them

We had a very good experience with this app. Rides are always available, it’s cheaper than its competition, customer service was prompt and helpful. Refund was processed correctly.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but tourists be careful. The pin pointing feature isn’t great - when you zoom in it will then move to the other side of Goa. I’ve also selected a drop off point for it to then select another drop off point after I booked. There are only a handful of taxis registered with the app so if they are booked up or not working then you may need to wait or find a taxi in the street. When we booked a taxi from our hotel to the airport the driver would not come to the hotel and wanted us to walk ten minutes, with our luggage, to where he was. We did manage to use the app to book taxis a couple of times and it was quick and efficient.

Manhunath is very helpful and friendly and helped us to get a taxi quickly late at night after a long flight, his app works seamlessly

Taxi drivers in Goa have unionised so hardly any use it. The app can get you away from the airport/train station, but useless besides that. The deposit system is mental.

Sam Dorado was the worst driver I have driven with, created a lot if issues…..this driver is not recommended for Goa Miles
