Like everything in Ireland it’s the first from severe and confidence and bad customer service

Was looking forward to trying this app out in Ireland, but could not register due to an underscore on my e-mail account address.

The car was exactly where the app said it would be. The app opened the car easily. Not having to pay for parking on the street in Galway City (a perk I only became aware of through an Irish friend who’s used GoCar) was a brilliant, unexpected benefit. There was a bit of confusion about the mileage feature that drew me in but GoCar honored it. While it is considerably less expensive than renting a car (insurance is where standard car rentals get you) it isn’t cheap. I’d use GoCar again.

We rented a car that was empty on charge when we picked it up. Upon returning there were issues with parking/charging and we rang the line for assistance more than five times with no answer. We even called the emergency line multiple times and received no answer. We then received a ridiculous charge and the company refuses to answer any emails or calls.

Can’t depend on the IOS app, it crashes all the time.

I booked a car and could not open it with the app! Lost a great deal time!

The simplest task, for this car type and time show me what I can rent, it’s honestly impressive how much you broke this experience, it makes me want to reef my phone at something nearby every single time I use it.

It saved me, my car is broken, and for a decent cost I could use it, no deposits, just validate the license!

This is literally the slowest app to load of the 100+ I have on my iPhone. It takes almost 20 seconds to open on an iPhone 15 Pro which feels like an eternity when you’re in a hurry to open the car. Less animations please, quicker access to functionality. Also lots of bugs in the workflow.

Great service except for the app. Why have you not redesigned it yet?
