Used the app for the first time 3 days ago. The app did its job but did not work as advertized during pick-up and return. You are supposed to be able to indicate the fuel level at the start and the end, however for some reason it did not ask this nor allowed to show somewhere. Wanting to do the right thing by following their request and returned the car with a full thank while i collected it half-full. Bad idea have been struggling since then to get get compensated for that difference…
