GoCar Malaysia

I drove well but it was difficult in locking/unlocking via app. I was in parking lot for about 1 hour in order to unlock the car. I wish to use gocar again but pls solve this issue. Thanks

My friend recommended me to download this app. Quite disappointing was when registering an account there was a lot of problem, was like a blank page but just a button to get to another page(definitely not working). Please improve the program on iOS device. This app is not user friendly as well(UI problem).

It was very impressive to get prompt response from GoCar when I had questions about some service. I hope it pans out well :-)

Generally, in Cyberjaya there are only a few cars available. First time rented Nissan X-Trail - it was in good shape and condition, but is not available anymore. Next two bookings were Honda City and Proton Saga. The cars we’re in poor condition and dirty inside. Last booking (Proton Saga QTS8789) was “exceptional”. I came to the designated place and couldn’t find the car, because the previous driver left it in wrong place. Lost time and money for taxi to get to the car. GoCar can reimburse either taxi costs OR lost time. Which is definitely unfair. The only thing the customer support can offer is their apologies.

Compared to their competitors, their customer service is very slow. If you do decide to cancel your booking they’ll only do it for their own points within the app. Would not recommend for car rental.

Easy to use.

One of the requirement is to take a selfie with the car plate number but the car is parked at somewhere so secluded, dark and downright dodgy - so taking a selfie in front of the car at night time (after 10pm) especially when there's no one around feels very unsafe. Anyone could've been hiding and waiting somewhere nearby to rob you while you're taking the selfie in the dark.

Go Car has very far cars from my house I live near Paragon Cyberjaya. It took so long for verification before strt the car

So far so good.
