One of the worst systems to book a flight

horse crap!

I’ve been trying to check in for a flight for 2h now. crashes, does not save any data, does not check in… it even says “you’re checked in”, then crashes… and then there is no boarding pass or info. WORST! AIRLINE APP! EVER!!! not QA-ing such an important part of the app is disrespectful to your clients. shame on you! hire new middle management that cares! spoiled me day! now i have to go to the airport WAY EARLIER!!! and most likely you will charge me for check in at the desk. full crap

Horrible app

The most horrible and annoying experience both with the app and the website! Impossible to book or flight (error message every time) or change any of your data! Never again.

App not in English

App is not in English at all. Very hard to use for GOL customers who can’t read their local language. Please translate the app to proper English!

Horrible

App and website change my date of birth. I tried again with a different e-mail adress and again, it changes my date of birth to an incorrect date after I confirmed the right one. The only way to change this, is to call customer service, where I’ve been waiting for over half an hour.

Um lixo, o pior aplicativo de área no mundo

Que aplicativo ruim, erro atrás de erro, faz uma hora que tento completar meus dados para check in e nada. Vão tomar vergonha na cara e fazer um aplicativo decente.

Check-in cannot be completed if you do not have a CPF (even though your nationality is not Brazilian
