Neither Website nor App allows you to Check In early. Really disappointing since it seems like this Problem exists for years. Definitely 0/5 Stars

The application is complicated and full of bugs on checkout. When I tried to enter the card numbers the application broke and there was no button to pay. It is embarrassing to have such a problematic app to buy a flight.

How could it be that an international operating airline have a App who is only in Portuguese? In my opinion a nogo!

I downloaded the app and I’m not able to use it because it does not start. It stays in a page updating the app in a loop.

Nao é possível comprar assentos ou bagagem no aplicativo. Empresa sabe e não faz nada pra melhorar.

Actually I did not think, that somebody is capable of programming something worse than the homepage of Gol Linhas Aéreas. Well, now I know - have fun using this app…..

The worst airline I have ever witnessed… no option for English language either on the app or the website!! Not possible to check in via browser or app … seriously what is this company doing?? No wonder nothing is working well

Genauso katastrophal schlecht wie die gol Webseite. Man kann nicht einmal Gepäck reservieren zu einem Flug, oder einen Flug buchen.

How is this possible that there’s no English language option?
