Unable to login with Google like on the web version. So essentially useless for me until this is added.

Come on guys – why isn’t the app at least 75% as good as the desktop version? Make it a priority. Notifications don’t work for starters. Your login isn’t perfected. I get asked a lot to re-verify and then can’t get in for a bit. Then you send an email verification, which makes me login to a web browser. I go back to my app and nothing happened. What is going on here? I want you to be better.
Can’t log in because on desktop, I use Login with Google. Might wanna fix that, it’s 2023 and a very simple integration.
I log in through google and the option to connect isn’t even there.
The notifications do not work unless you close the app and reopen it. To me that should be the most important things is to know when your customers want to communicate. We should be notified immediately in case they want an instant answer. Very disappointed.
Great system but the iPad version of the app is simply horrible. Gorgias people can you PLEASE UPDATE THIS!
Frustrating app experience. You get logged out every week and most features don’t work on the app. Like macros
I’ve left feedback and have finally given up. It’s like they don’t care and just won’t change anything. Worst iOS experience of any chat or ticketing app. Gorgias should spend less of their money on marketing and sponsoring huge e-commerce events and instead funnel that cash into refining of their codebase and getting their UX team in line with the standard. This product is totally out of touch with users on mobile.
Can’t do a whole lot. Can’t close a ticket from within a ticket, but high is super weird. Also, I wish it were easier to do an internal note. For example, if I am mentioning someone in a ticket on my team it should be assumed that I’m leaving an internal note. We create notes a lot. There seems to be a lot of simple features like these that are lacking.
It’s a real shame that a well funded company in the year 2022 would care less about their customers mobile experience than anything else. It’s a little confusing why you would even keep this app as part of your overall product with how little effort you put into developing, and maintaining the app. For example, this app continuously loses my login information, stored login details do not allow access and require the app to be deleted and re-installed, the iPad version of the app DOES NOT USE LANDSCAPE MODE!!!? How? Most people using an iPad Pro for business will have their iPad in landscape mode attached to a keyboard. The current version of the app crashes upon FaceID login check, its essentially the worst app I have on my device and I don’t know why I keep attempting to use it. Truly the worst. Both there iOS versions of this app are practically unusable. They do not frequently update their app with any valuable bug fixes or improvements. I have been on the Georgias platform for almost two years and the apps still remain largely unusable with a terrible UI and overall garbage experience for a user. And I’m not asking for a lot, but its abundantly apparent that they do not care whatsoever about there iOS products. If you are a business that lives off iOS or is constantly away from a desktop I suggest you look for another support desk software that cares about mobile users. That shouldn’t be difficult to find.
