Can’t see what I’m writing

I like the desktop interface and have been using for over a year now. But seriously guys - do something about the mobile app. Can’t read what I’m writing and this has been an issue for ages. The keyboard hides what I’m writing. This is basic functionality. Please please please resolve this.

I like what the app can do, but when someone pops up on chat, I can’t read what I am writing. The keyboard covers the text box. There is no way to reach out for help on the app, and the app support Page its down in the App Store. Hence the bad review. Reach out to me Gorgias I want to see this fixed.

Very disappointing compared to desktop

Come on guys – why isn’t the app at least 75% as good as the desktop version? Make it a priority. Notifications don’t work for starters. Your login isn’t perfected. I get asked a lot to re-verify and then can’t get in for a bit. Then you send an email verification, which makes me login to a web browser. I go back to my app and nothing happened. What is going on here? I want you to be better.

Can’t log in because on desktop, I use Login with Google. Might wanna fix that, it’s 2023 and a very simple integration.

Gorgias App for iOS is useless

The notifications do not work unless you close the app and reopen it. To me that should be the most important things is to know when your customers want to communicate. We should be notified immediately in case they want an instant answer. Very disappointed.

Landscape mode is needed please!!!

I’ve left feedback and have finally given up. It’s like they don’t care and just won’t change anything. Worst iOS experience of any chat or ticketing app. Gorgias should spend less of their money on marketing and sponsoring huge e-commerce events and instead funnel that cash into refining of their codebase and getting their UX team in line with the standard. This product is totally out of touch with users on mobile.

Can’t do a whole lot. Can’t close a ticket from within a ticket, but high is super weird. Also, I wish it were easier to do an internal note. For example, if I am mentioning someone in a ticket on my team it should be assumed that I’m leaving an internal note. We create notes a lot. There seems to be a lot of simple features like these that are lacking.
