As some of the other reviewers have commented, there is some sort of major bug with typing text in this app. When responding to customer service tickets, the cursor jumps around and merges words together. Using voice to text is impossible because it cuts out after a word or two. It’s concerning to me that there are reviews a year old that are saying the same thing and this hasn’t been resolved.
Please correct this. It makes the app unusable.
Been about 8 months and can’t type in a sentence without it getting all messed up. Not sure why no one at gorgias is fixing this.
Stuck in a doom loop, unable to access the app. Keep sending me an email to verify myself and click on a link which I do, but only opens Gorgias in the browser. This is despicable from a company like this, and I cannot wait no longer have to use this trash. This is completely unacceptable from a company like this. What a joke.
This app is basically non functional. There are so many bugs it makes managing or responding to tickets nearly impossible. While Gorgias has a decent platform there are many issues they still need to fix. Depending on the platform price they offer you I’m not sure I would recommend.
I really wish this app was better. So many of us are on the go I am constantly trying to respond to customers and it is exhausting and frustrating how when I’m typing all of a sudden I will be in the middle of another sentence and word and the curser just moves around on its own. I need this to work so I can better support my customers no matter if I’m on a computer or on my phone.
Their “auto correct” spins out complete gibberish with no ability to turn off. Makes writing any sentence a complete chore. Now they notifications don’t work.
Won’t maintain logged-in state. Completely pointless. Classic Gorgias.
If it isn’t broke the make sure to break it. At first I was able to call my clients on the mobile app then I guess Gorgias realized we had that ability and took it away. No longer get notifications. It’s literally just a mobile app just for them to say they have a mobile app.
In what world is this not a possibility. Can’t assist customers with photos because the app won’t let you upload from your phone albums. At $160 per month this should be a no brainer
