Gotcha! Lost & Found App

Couldn’t transfer QR code and scanning is horrible. Works and like the privacy but oof.

This is my favorite idea for a collar and the app is set up to be so easy to use and simple but it fails to actually work. For example, whenever my cat disposes of his collar (about once a month), I have to order a new one. There is a button at the bottom of his profile that allows me to scan the new tag but if it ever andvabces from the scanning stage, (which is not often), the “continue” button foes not work and the tag never saves. This means every month I have to delete and remake my pets entire profile in order to have the QR code on the new collar bring up his data.

It’s a great concept but pretty useless if the app can’t even scan the tag to register my dog. I paid more than I usually would for this specific collar and leash just for this feature and yet it doesn’t even work. Will be returning.

The US code is +1 for people having problems. I got everything entered and tested the QR code. Works perfectly!

When I first got my kitten I bought this tag for her but she was too small to wear the collar. Now that it finally fits I tried to see if the scan would work and it did not! When scanning on camera and on the app nothing comes up.

Can’t find my phone country code in listed options, in Michigan.

Geolocation service doesn’t work

It so hard to scan as the pet owner and the person who finds your pet( and that’s the scary part if your pet is lost) multiple attempts before it took and the same for the trial run where a friend scanned my pet QR. However that being said, if it all gets in, it works. The info, the location detection was right on! Why is dachshund not a pet choice in the list??

Love the concept. The app worked fine for me, I was able to enter everything and I was notified the instant I scanned the tag. What needs improvement is the location of your pet. It shows a stagnant map with an indistinct location. The map should be connected to the Apple Maps so we can chase down our pets or capture the phone number so we can contact them (if possible). If my indoor kitty is lost I would knock on a door to get him back. Too many cases of people adopting out a found kitty vs. taking them to be scanned for a chip so they may be returned to their families.

Don’t waste your time or money. I have registered had all my info in and worked fine at first. Now the tag doesn’t pull anything up. Says it hadn’t been registered. Even though I have emails that say it was. Try to re-register and it doesn’t work. Thank god I didn’t rely on this collar incase something happened.
