The quality of the vehicles are terrible. Stains, trash and smells like an ashtray. Pricing isn’t as transparent as it would be. Many other better alternatives that are more upfront and reasonable with pricing structure in Madrid.
The app is terrible. I have to call for help every day to stop a reservation or unblock it freezing. Every day. The customer experience is dismal.
Low quality bikes, terrible customer service. Really unhappy with this company and won’t be using them again or recommending them to anyone. If anyone has to deal with ‘Owen’ at customer services. Please use small words as he doesn’t seem to be able to read too well.
What a waste of 45 mins! This app was a piece of crap it took ages to go through the steps and finally tried to verify my face and no buttons worked, the app was so slow it kept glitching it was really buggy. Wasted 45 mins trying to get a motorbike to explore the city on the way home and ended up taking a cab instead. Not worth it!
My rating is 1 for only one reason. I went on holidays to Malta and no longer need to use this app. But the App bypassed the rule of Apple asked for a subscription and it does not matter to them whether I used the application or deleted it as I passed it immediately after I left Malta. They continue to charge you for your subscription and I can't restore it! Because I do not want and will not write or call them!

The app almost doesn’t work at all on my system. I’ve tried to rent multiple cars and had to call the customer service every time I wanted to unlock my car. The other time I had to call them for every single operation I wanted to do. The customer service is nice and helpful and will unlock the car for you, or allow you to start the engine, but this is an app review and the app is not great and almost useless.
It would be a great app. But it needs a lot of improvements. Many things don’t work in the app, you get errors while booking the car, the app crashes very easily.. I understand that it’s really cheap to use GoTo, but unless the Team makes the service work properly, they gonna lose a lot of customers. I will see next time I used it if I don’t have issues. But if I still have issues I will definitely unsubscribe and just use Bolt or any other taxi service. They are more expensive, but at least the service works properly!
Overall this is an outstanding mobility service, which isn't commonplace in many countries. I expect to see further adoption of the service in the coming years which will improve it overall. It’s cutting edge ! Surprised to see low ratings
I’ve used the cars a few times now and although there’s been a couple on minor issues ,( no cars available ,car not starting )they were resolved easily ,they are a lot cheaper than taxis from airport to ferry terminal ,usually my cost is between €12-18 compared to the rip off taxi fares which is normally €35 -€40 ,the only issue you can come across is if you get held up in traffic then the costs will be higher
