SHAPE RECOGNITION
The shapes you draw are automatically closed and straightened, all basic shapes are instantly recognized. The lines you draw between shapes are automatically turned into connections thanks to our shape recognition magic.

STENCILS
Some diagrams require more advanced objects. Grafio provides thousands of shapes that you can easily drag in from the library. In addition, you can embed images from your Camera Roll into shapes and connect them to your other shapes.

AUDIO RECORDINGS
Recording audio notes to your shapes can be a way for you to collect your thoughts and include them in the finishing product, or as a reference.

Buggy and can’t get support

Grafio contains a bug where it doesn’t appear to save my work in progress when I return to the file browser. I’ve tried reporting it twice through their contact form but I haven’t received any reply. This makes the app unusable for me; I’m not going to start to create a complex diagram unless I’m confident it won’t be lost.

App not working

Unable to start a new project. A purchased app which does not work.

Mediocre

Do yourself a favour and buy a more stable, less frustrating diagram application.

Best of its kind by far

I’ve purchased and used all of these kinds of apps and keep coming back to this one as has the best interface and features. Can use it like a whiteboard or can handle much more complex process diagrams too. Highly recommended

Issues since Grafio 4 upgrade

Since I have upgraded to Grafio 4 I lost all my work that I had created, this was due to the files not compatible with Grafio 4. Now when I draw onto a picture the picture format changes and I either lose my drawn lines or part off or whole picture disappears. This needs sorting ASAP as the app now error riddled. Grafio 3 I would have rated at 5 stars, Grafio 4 is below par and I can only rate 2. please fix the stability issues for down lines/ mark up & image stability

Data Flow Diagram icons not visible

Icons are not visible in Data Flow Diagram on the popup library. (iPad Pro 3gen 12.9 iOS 13.1)

Great for mind mapping

Great app for mind mapping and visualising difficult processes. Easy to use once you’re used to it. Grids could do with a centre line and a % option not just pts.

This app is not really very good

Shape recognition is awful. Changing font and size only works irregularly and immediately defaults back for the next shape. Everything about the app is buggy and frustrating

Great app

I am always drawing diagrams and Grafio is a great alternative to pen and paper which can get messy fast for me since I use the iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil. I have two problems with Grafio though. First the shape recognition is a little too good: if I just want a rectangle I have to draw fairly straight lines and accurate corners or I don’t get a rectangle. What I get is a wonky four sided shape with weird corners. Second, sometimes drawing straight lines takes 56775321466788 attempts.
