The apps crash 4 times on me before I manage to log in.

Such a pain to make payment using the app. Takes forever to load, sometimes doesn’t even load!

IOS 12.5.7 iPhone 6, click on App, after logo shown and no response ? can this app support iPhone 6? Pls advise

GE, Did you cut corners on hiring a UI/UX designer by using interns who may not fully understand user needs? During the initial onboarding via Great ID, I was informed that there are no policies held after login, and it repeatedly asked me to set up biometrics with a redirect to the wrong place on iPhone. Using SingPass led to a blocked page persistently asking me to update my information via myinfo, which only disappeared when I manually clicked update manually via forms. Take a look at OCBC's banking app design and its responsiveness in displaying account information, compared to your GE app. Retrieving policy details took forever and kept encountering errors. So, please don't pretend to be a bank when your mobile apps have such significant flaws. Consider hiring someone more competent in user experience design. I really wonder how this app managed to receive such a high rating!

I’m surprised an established firm like Great Eastern can build an inferior app. The app flows are hard to navigate, cluttered, when there is update to debit card expiry date due to new card issued, and many policies, it is extremely difficult to update payment method, along with policies whose payments is a mixture of debit card + CPF. Also, the GE app has maintenance updates almost every alternate day, instead of periodic basis like once or twice a month. I have mentioned to my agent that I’m on the verge of switching insurance provider.

Use biometrics already still need SMS OTP to login, why so cumbersome? And then biometric login not fast enough a bit laggy, so many ‘patterns’ to appear secured at expense of positive user experience. Singpass APP login also does not require SMS OTP. The sms otp step so redundant for login.

If only this apps can also submit pre & post hospital bills claims would be good.
