Will not connect in iOS

Horribly outdated UI and is constantly disconnecting and out of sync.

Been working great.. then I started to notice that i no longer receive notifications in server mode. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. I have updated to latest firmware, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, done board reset, and reconnected everything, then back into server mode and get nothing. No notifications…..

I spent quite a bit of time with tech-support today. We finally came to the conclusion that there’s something wrong with the Bluetooth libraries in iOS. We managed to get an android to connect using the prime app. Please send out an update to correct this

Yes, I have my iOS set up correctly, I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app. Still no notifications. One year since an app update??!!

Probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever dealt with. Just super glitchy don’t know what else to say. Very frustrating. When it works once in a blue moon, it is neat. That’s why I gave two stars. Otherwise I probably would’ve given it one.

So many issues with this app, that’s my first problem… But the fact GMG added fake reviews to boost their star rating is disgusting! That should be illegal, they’ve lost a customer over it! What a joke! I can look past issues if you have integrity! I can’t look past lying and deceitfulness!

I’ve had this grill for 3-4 years now and I must say, it smokes fantastic, but the connectivity is the worst. I was hoping the new app would fix this, but it doesn’t. I can never stay connected anymore. You guys need to come up with a fix for this or just quit selling grills with connectivity.

Nothing but connectivity problems and controls that don’t work. Going through the probe calibration is the last straw. Grill works fine… app is trash.
