For the exorbitant amount you’re charging reps to force us to use this, maybe you should pay for an actual developer to make and maintain your app. How do you not allow pasting of usernames and passwords or integrated so you can use apples password manager. What a complete piece of garbage this app is, I wish I could give it 0 stars, but you get 1 because it’s forced, sort of like your app.
This is quite literally the worse OS app I have ever experienced. I have never gone out of my way to write a review and I’m in the iPad baby generation. The main screen bar tab jumps to the middle of the page half the time. And if you open a document you have to restart the app to close out of that selection. It is not user friendly and it is difficult to pull up QR code to enter facilities.
I wish I could say I thought my opinion as a customer, a customer who pays $275 a year for this company to have access to my private health information, a company who’s entire premise irks me. But even though in order to do my job, a job I have had extensive clinical and technical training to do, in order to help doctors treat their patients, I have to have this company give me a green check mark so I can go and do my job, so I can go and make sure a woman’s procedure goes well tomorrow, someone’s daughter, someone’s family. But they can’t design an app any better than a seventh grader. Where do they put that $275 I give them every year? Or the $275 my thousands of coworkers give them? It’s clearly not into a mobile app designed and tested to be accurate and easy for thousands of highly trained professionals to use on their mobile phones every day. Its impossible to add an account. It’s impossible to navigate from a downloaded policy back to the previous screen in order to acknowledge said policy. Do your job. Create an app that is actually useful to the thousands of professionals who are your customers, even if it’s never a choice we would make for ourselves.
I could have built a better app in my high school coding class. Everything about the app is just horrific. Please do better. 1 star is generous.

Of the dozen or so times I’ve now tried to log in, this app has worked ONCE. Even after deleting and re-downloading. This app could have been built by some random dude as a side project in his mom’s basement and it would have been good enough to garner at least a 2 star review. Just pathetic. Without question the only way this worthless company survives is by lowballing the entire vendor compliance app industry. My favorite instance was the other day when the gatekeeper at the front of the local surgery center refuses to let me through despite spending 20 minutes downloading and re-downloading, only to say “this can’t be that hard, you and all the other reps need to figure it out”, as if their decision to switch to the cheapest option wasn’t the root cause.
App is just a blank white page that never changes no matter how many times it’s opened and closed. Time to delete it
The hospital accounts that I call on just required sales reps to register with Green Security. This is the 3rd app I have to login to and pay for to use. 275.00 then another 30.00 for a badge. The account that I go into we have 3 other reps that need to register that work for my company. The office told me to only have 1 person sign up to get credentialed. Who will be the lucky one to offer up their social security number for a background check? 😂 Seems ridiculous to me to need that to do business. We work for major companies that do background checks. How can we trust this company to secure our information. The app does not seem professional but off anyone else have concerns? Anyway. Uploading my info was not an issue. Only one document I had to reload. Using this for the 1st time tomorrow. I hope that last piece of info gets certified so I can make my appointment.
88 reviews as of this writing. All but 1, ONE, gave it a one star. The only one with more stars gave it a 5 and must’ve been a relative or the actual owner. Many comments say they would give zero stars if it was available, including me! I’ve tried multiple times over weeks and the app is blank. I’ve asked customer service, who was incredibly rude, and condescending, and no help and the app is still blank. Everything about this company, their website, their app, their customer service, etc. is horrendous. The fact that major hospital systems actually use this, they have to have their palms greased, or they should be incredibly ashamed.
