✅ The Grimvalor app appears to be high-quality and legitimate. Users are very satisfied.
Hi there, would you believe I wasn’t even online but logged onto the AppStore just to leave this review....?
Because I’m a firm believer in giving credit where it’s due and having only started playing GrimValor about a month ago, I must admit I couldn’t see what all the fuss was about—standard side-scrolling hack ‘n slash with sound FX seeming to consist primarily of “Cling-clang-clang-cling-clang” from all the endless sword-swinging.
Boy, am I glad I didn’t quit and/or delete the app during those early days! Once you start leveling up, gaining new weapons and abilities...more strength, speed, then the controls start feeling so much fluid, responsive, and intuitive. I mean, I think it’s kinda cool how you might target an NPC but end up attacking others offscreen because they posed a bigger threat. Nice touch.
But after investing so many hours into it because I don’t usually play in a linear fashion but prefer working from region to region, exploring every area nook and cranny committed to 100% completion, so once I got to the end of the story mode, I was quite let down to find there wasn’t an option to carry on. The only way to resume the game was to return to an earlier save. Which just seemed very anticlimactic. After all, why did I just spend weeks playing and replaying areas, sometimes four or five times in a row, just so I could level up—several times—and then go back to an earlier area only to embarrass the NPCs who bullied me the last time I was there...?
Sooo, ‘overjoyed’ doesn’t even begin to describe the elation I felt when—yeah, I know it’s only a game!—but when I updated GrimValor the night before last, and saw there was an option to start the game over but with all your upgrades in tow.... Man, so far I’m up to the third region and the first two are already at 100% because with the introduction of new weapons and trinkets, and all the rest, you don’t wanna miss a thing so you just explore, explore, explore. Love it!
Oh, and the way you’ve enhanced the Nexus trading system is a definite improvement too! Anyhow, that’s about as much rant as I’ve got in me for the moment. Lol. I really just wanted to say “Great job, guys !!” You’ve somehow managed to breath new into life into a title that was nowhere near its expiry date anyways, so I can’t wait to see what future updates you guys have in store for us.
All the best and I wish you every success!
Kind regards,

Blown Away
Unique, compelling, flawless production.
Also the controls are seamless, many developers could learn from this game on how to create a control scheme that is intuitive from the start.
Bravo
Awesome game!
Thee perfect blend of cellphone gaming! I recommend this for all iPhone users, works perfectly on my iPhone8Plus
This game rocks.
‘Nuff said.
AWSOME!!!!!
Most games like this aren’t like the look… But THIS ONE IS AWSOME!!!!
graphics are great and story line is awsome best game ever.
Excellent Action Game
This is a fun, high quality game. If you’re not used to this type of game, it might be difficult. The on-screen controls can be a little awkward sometimes, so if you have a controller, it’s best to use it. But you can play through the whole game without one once you get used to it. It also has a New Game+, which does have some changes to the map in addition to higher difficulty.
Works great on iPhone 15 Pro, but there’s a bug on the new iPad Pro 13” (M4) where the frame rate drops after intense scenes and doesn’t go back up until you toggle the graphics settings from Quality to Performance or vice versa. But for a many years old game, it still holds up pretty well. Best of all, there’s no in-app purchases or gems or timers or other nonsense.
So little fun
If you’re looking for a fun game…do not buy this game…it is unnecessarily frustrating and stressful even with a controller
Please make new contents
One of the best and closest game i have played for all the time , i finished it at least 5 times,
If the developers still active PLEASE make new levels and weapons and contents because this game worth doing it and even if you make it like packages with money i am sure gamers like me will buy it without thinking about it twice,
Please don’t let great game like this die
Thank you and hopefully you guys will listen :)
This game deserves a five star review 👍
Is a pretty good game. The only down side to it is that once you have defeated all the bosses and completed the main story there is not much else to do. My suggestion is that once you complete the main story and the DLC, all the bosses get to respond after you walk away through the gates or pray on the statues just like the rest of the regular enemies do. That way if you feel nostalgic and you don’t want to restart a new game you can just fight them forever now. And also another good idea would be if we also get the option of increasing the gameplay difficulty to were all the enemies scale proportional to our level that way we’re never too overpowered and still have a good time even when fighting regular monsters.
Controls aren’t good
Awesome graphics and gameplay, but the controls are difficult. Randomly jump vertically instead of forward or backward, randomly do my long special strike when I’m just trying to strike, randomly engage with objects when I’m trying to hit the attack button. Annoying.
