FORM is the best all in one app for health & wellness! I have been with Form since the beginning solely for strength workouts, but the added components of nutrition, meditation + the community aspect has made Form my morning non negotiable! Thank you Sami’s <3
This app has transformed the way I approach fitness. It has everything I need in one app and is my go-to when working out. What I love about Sami’s approach is that it is gentle on your body yet results driven, and this holistic approach is hard to come by these days but in my opinion, is what everyone needs 😍Would highly recommend!
After years of searching for the perfect Pilates workouts, I am so happy to have found Form. I do not practice yoga due to religious believes and found that majority of Pilates instructors or studios very much combined the spiritual parts of yoga with Pilates. This was the only place I felt comfortable (granted she still talks about energy and all that but there is no “alignment” talks, chakras and she has a plain studio, no statues etc in her background etc). Furthermore the workouts are challenging. Somehow it still makes me feel feminine yet strong. I LOVE that. I would recommend for the girlies (or men, truly) who would like to do Pilates but who aren’t willing to compromise their faith.
The app is so easy to use and the workouts are amazing - loving form!

I really love the design of the workouts on the App however my two biggest pain points are: 1) the suboptimal navigation- it’s not clear which workouts you’ve already done (not grouped well)- and 2) it would be great to play the video and listen to my own music. The music played in the background is really soft/unclear. Other than that I really enjoy the variety of the workouts, they are extremely well curated !
Just obsessed with this app, look forward to every workout!! I’m so so so happy I found it. Thank you for creating such an amazing app Sami!
I adore everything about Form and literally can’t wait to work out every day. I normally follow the programme for the week and the classes are the perfect length to get it done each day. I love how I’ve gotten stronger and have so much more energy.
