So bad
Such an unfinished and bugged app! It’s a shame. Won’t recommend it and this airline.
Please make the App better more then now

Confusing
Hard to use. Thais app is no help.
No apple wallet support
I can’t add my bookings or my member card to apple wallet. Gulf Air is the one and only Airline worldwide that doesn’t support this feature!
Gulf Air totally failed!
In difficult times like Corona you could see who is really customer-oriented and who doesn't. Gulf Air has not been loyal to many of its customers and has let them down. Like me! Lots of emails and calls were for nothing! Never again Gulf Air, never again! I don't get my money back or a new flight! Gulf Air totally failed!
