Took forever to get the app working. Asked for way too much information, then the ONE thing I got the app for didn’t work. I wanted to see if my flight is still intone and it simply gave an error. No information. I see that the same problem was reported here 3 years ago and no one has done anything to fix it 😩
The app keep Crushing after thr new update!
…of downloading this app when the traveler is unable to manage their bookings? Enter my booking reference number and last name, app returns an error. Use same booking reference and last name on web version, the record is found, but I’m unable to make any changes. As the 22nd ranked world’s top airline, they should be ashamed of this dismal offering of an app!
App is difficult to navigate. Never sends the boarding pass even though it says I am checked in. It forces me to stand in line at the check in counter again. Waste of time. Also not integrated with Apple Pay which makes payments difficult.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Lack of access to app and when accessible, can’t navigate the app with expected convenience apps are designed for

If the aim was only to say that you have an app on the App Store then good job, otherwise useless.

The app is horrible, I’m not even able to login. when i log in from the website it works but when i log in the pass it’s telling me that my credentials are wrong. The UI / UX design need major updates as well. Additionally there is no apple wallet support to add out falcon flyer card nor out tickets. DO BETTER! It’s 2022 whats this horrible app ?
