This it the worst experience !!!! Their payment system is not working at all. It is rejecting all the time , even if it’s approved by your bank , they are not confirming the tickets. Plus, you can not reach or explain anything to their customer support. I created so many tickets , they just closed as is resolved which is not the case. Buy a ticket if you wanna waste

What is this mess

I love this airline but this application makes me craaazy. It always makes problems just because it doesnt react correctly

Die Transaktion wurde genehmigt und der Betrag wurde abgezogen von meiner Karte aber leider KEINE Buchungsbestätigung bekomme… und ja Kundenservice kann man sowieso nicht erreichen!!

The app doesn’t allow one to check in, as it crashes every time in the process at the step of seat selection. At least it saves the progress once bio data have been entered, which is good, but the crashing upon reopening stays the same. So, at last Check in at this stage not possible.

Wenn man nur den Rückflug buchen möchte, von Marokko nach Deutschland muss man eine marokkanische /Visa Karte besitzen. Najah und wenn man halt keine besitzt.? Kann man eben kein Flug buchen. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Es wäre optimaler sich nur mit der Reservierungsnummer anzumelden! Es sind 10 Stunden vor Abflug und der Abflug Flughafen wird nicht angezeigt sprich ohne können wir nicht einchecken. Optional wie bei anderen Apps wäre sinnvoller, unter der Reservierungsnummer findet man doch alles?!.

اسوء شركة طيران على الإطلاق - رغم اني سافرت عليها اكثر من مره لكني لم احتك بعمال الشركة غير مره واحده الوزن لو كيلو زياده يحاسبونك عليه وحتى اللاب توب يدفعك وزنه ومعامله غير احترافية ولا ادمية لا أوصي بالسفر خلالهم

The first time I knew that administrations are not included in the free return, free cancellation. Airarabia were not like that before. I prefer to pay little bit more (less than 100 AED) and get more benefits.

This app is really buggy and requires a lot of improvement
