Online Check in difficult Falcon flight points difficult earning reward’s As a member all is difficult Confirmation code and booking reference…what is all this to check in where I find the reference code…difficult to managing my booking…. And nobody wants to help from the air or counter team… there say go online… difficult service

I have flown but never received any miles. There’s no option on App to add your bookings. I’m really disappointed. The app gave me headache and no solutions.

I travelled several times and there is still zero miles for me and even their team can’t fix this.

It just does not login. Useless app

They could have improve this app during this covid time but nada ! I still cannot log in thru this app but I can via web browser.

It seems good application, never used before ...

Very poor design which renders the app unusable . In addition, you have to log in every time to exist and get back to the App. The app needs a a complete redesign and built from scratch

This app is poorly designed , it is slow, unresponsive and it is based on the website which makes it not user-friendly. Gulfair should invest in making a proper app for its customers. The one star is only because gulfair is heading toward the right direction in their decision to make an app (although they were late compared to their competitors).

App is very basic and hardly works. It doesn’t even seem to store or pass the information to the boarding team. Had to wait 10 mins at gate for them to add my passport details, even though these were all provided beforehand via the app checkin. Very disappointing
