Gulf Air

App is very basic and hardly works. It doesn’t even seem to store or pass the information to the boarding team. Had to wait 10 mins at gate for them to add my passport details, even though these were all provided beforehand via the app checkin. Very disappointing

This app can’t retrieve your information even your information is correct. It works fine on the website, but when you’ve tried to put your details in and I have to come back with the error cannot receive your information.

Worse airline app ever. Can never login as it doesn’t recognise credentials ! Get your act together gulfair as the budget airlines have more operable apps

There is one purpose of an airline app, that is to book flights. This is so buggy and doesn’t achieve the sole objective - to allow customers to book travel. Poor App, worse customer service and terrible cancellation policy. Got to do better Gulf Air. I think time to shake up your customer services team, rethink your approach to customers + product management (and user experience!!).

Doesn’t remember flight details and constantly crashes - it’s not completely useless but pretty close! Pathetic.

Your app is Crap!!

I can’t really see the point of an airline app that doesn’t save your bookings…. Logged in with my FF account and every time I open the app I have to go find my booking code to bring up a trip.

This is the worst app I have used. I have to log in every time I use it and it rarely works. Totally useless
