GVB reis app FAQ
Is GVB reis app free?
Yes, GVB reis app is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is GVB reis app legit?
⚠️ The GVB reis app app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
It is true what other people say… a Ticket disappeared just after closing the app on iphone, i could get on the metro but i could not get out, really hilarious…. Also if you are not registered it is impossible to get them back. I activated once two tickets by mistake, it is impossible to get a refund in this case in an easy way. Please also make a joint app with ns. it is very confusing for tourists to have to use two apps from the airport or at least make the airport tickets available from this app
Fine
I use this app only to check the transport schedule and it’s really easy.
It also shows you the map when you have to walk.
Really good
Buggy or scammy?
Same as another reviewer: I bought an expensive group ticket, and it disappeared from the app. There was no apparent way to recover it. It just decided to keep my money.
My ticket disappeared after 3 days
I bought a ticket for 4 days on Monday and Wednesday it suddenly disappeared from the app.
a complicated journey for the children
got off at Amsterdam Amstel station with three children, I was unable to get 3 48 hour tickets for children. on the App there is not even the possibility. the information point does not sell them. do they exist only on the site?
Digital tickets are a catastrophe
I like the app’s design and its functionalities very much, but I do have to agree with the most reviews: the tickets are extremely unreliable. Be it metro or tram, they will recognized by the machines only sometimes, whilst the paper cards work perfectly. GVB really needs to improve this.
