This app has transformed my workouts - it's super easy to use, great graphics and gives great feedback on which muscles are missed or over worked. Super motivating to see the graphs and achievement over time. One time price is great and it syncs with my Mac making it so easy to set up programs. My gym was charging me $15 pw for a similar app - this one is even better 💪🏽👍🏽
Perfect workout logging
This app leaves nothing to be desired for me, has all the functionality I could possibly want like storing workouts, set timers, seeing your progress over time. Easily add weights and sets when building workouts + add extra sets on the go while your training plus a large library of exercises when designing your program. Simple, well priced, does it all, buy it 👍
best workout tracker
the free version is better than any other. no ads telling you to buy it or annoying limitations, the paid one is just simple things to make it easier

Have tried a lot of weight training apps, this one is my favourite by far. Very straight forward. Easy to use. Not bloated with a bunch of nonsense features that just get in the way of getting the work done, tracking Reps, Sets, Weights and Progress. Plus, NO SUBSCRIPTION. One off purchase and done.
One of the best gym tracking apps
Used this for a week to make sure I’ve run a full week routine into it and hands down, the best tracking app for gym workouts so far. If you’re like me and appreciate being able to review progress through data, this app is for you! It provides a simple and enough features to configure/customise your workout program with a clean minimalist UI feel without unnecessary distractions (and no ads!), I would highly recommend checking this app out. Can’t wait to see what new features are on the roadmap - eg. a web portal for those who want to do it all on a desktop/laptop ;)

Having spent a few months trying a lot of different apps to track my workouts, this one is by far the simplest to use, affordable and has all the features I need without all the junk I don’t need Best features Muscle heat maps In built timer Apple Watch integration Well worth trying this app over all others
Very good
I really like the app I have found that it is very a useful asset aspescially when your just starting out I do wish that the animated examples wear t just to images that switch back and forth by you get what you get, one time payment of $14 is not a lot for what you get from the app

Only complaint is no calisthenics movements be great!!

Simplify the Process
I don’t even remember when I bought this. But I have to thank past me. It simplifies the plans and allows me to remove a lot of the anxiety around perfectionism or building the “right way” to train.
Fantastic app
Highly recommend this app. It’s nice and simple and tracks your progression in weights per exercise - which is great. I was just using my notes app but was getting really confused and lost amongst all my entries - this app makes it easy!
