Best Gym App I Have Ever Used
I have used many gym apps and each one of them lacked something I was looking for. To me, this is the whole package. You can create custom workout plans and keep track of sets/reps/weights. I am using it for a PPL routine I made and the results are incredible. Before this app, I didn’t remember how many times I performed one exercise and with how many kgs… Now everything is visible and it assists you with the last rep/weight couple from the last log. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has a routine to follow and wants to keep track of it.

Very good for volume tracking
The app is very useful when tracking long term volume and the graphs show how you are increasing your lifts. But it needs a few more exercises
Very useful fitness app
I must say that after gym book I end up writing my records to papers or notes in phone.. This app earns me time and motivates me. I can easily track my progress in fitness. Hopefully in the future they will link it with my misfit :)

Ich nutze die App seit über 1 Jahr regelmäßig. Besonders gut gefällt mir die Kompatibilität mit der Apple Watch. Ich habe meine Trainings einmal eingetragen und habe seitdem das perfekte Trainingshandbuch immer dabei. Absolute (Kauf)Empfehlung, ich habe nach den ersten Wochen auf die lifetime Version geupgrades, um Zugriff auf alle Übungen und Funktionen zu erhalten und dies keine Sekunde bereut.
