I downloaded this not really knowing if I’d have to pay for stuff or not but wow it’s all free with amazing guided workouts, meditations, stretching and more. I think this is the best app for finding new exercises and workouts! So glad I found this
The library of workouts are great which makes it hard to stay bored in the gym. Been using this app for years, and I always come back. Only request over the years is please fix the timer. The sound effect is awful and with headphones in, it seems to still use a very loud ticking sound which is terrible. Please create a setting for it or let us choose an alternate sound. Thanks
Loved it and thanks
Definitely the best workout app for free. And even a great competitor for apps like Fitbod.
Like the layout of the app. Like the features. The workouts are awesome. Only issue I have is the rest timer is so loud. If I’m listening to music I have to turn it way down because the timer ticking down is painfully loud.
Unlike different workout app this one in completely free. It's beginner friendly and advanced. I'm feeling a lot better of my self and body. Wish I found it sooner.
The app is good I just got done doing a arm set and my arms are burning that means it worked I really recommend this if you trying to get fit over the summer or anytime 5 star app amazing
Overall the app and the workouts are great, but there are a few capabilities that would put it over the top. The primary one is allowing for notes on individual exercises during the workout. You can add them later or add a bulk note at the end of the workout, but having them on the actual movement would help a lot. Second, make it easier to view history of what you did on previous workouts, plus the notes that went with it. Lastly, allow for swapping out exercises with alternatives. For example, using dumbbells instead of cables. Adding later: in the workout catalog, you can sort by type of equipment, but it doesn’t give you an option for cable machines. My gym doesn’t have them, and due to other issues listed above, I can’t easily substitute without completely throwing off my metrics. I usually just list the alternate weight and change the reps to 0 to signal to myself that is swapped something out, but then it’s on my memory to remember what I did Again, app has a lot of potential and is good at lots of aspects, but the capabilities listed above would put it over the top!
All it the title good app
